Patreon & Subscription Program Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase on Kajabi, between Shenelle Coplien ("Provider") and the individual ("Client") joining the Bariatric Rewrite Academy ("Program").

1. Ownership of Content

a. Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in any content shared within the Program, including but not limited to video calls, documents, discussions, and any materials provided ("Content").

b. Client acknowledges that they do not acquire ownership rights or licenses to the Content shared within the Program.

2. Use of Zoom Links

a. Client is granted access to Zoom links solely for the purpose of participating in live calls as part of the Program.

b. Client agrees not to share or distribute Zoom links to any third party, except for their own personal use to rewatch or review Program-related calls.

3. Confidentiality

a. Client acknowledges and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Zoom links and any information shared during Program calls.

b. Client shall not disclose, distribute, or reproduce any Content, including Zoom links, to individuals outside of the Program.

4. Termination

a. Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the Program for any Client found in violation of this Agreement without a refund. 

b. Clients found in breach of confidentiality or sharing Zoom links without authorization may have their access revoked without refund.

5. Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

b. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada

By enrolling in the Patreon & Subscription Program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

b. Any advice, opinions, or information shared by the Provider within the Patreon & Subscription Program ("Program") are based solely on her personal experiences and expertise.

c. Client understands and agrees that any guidance or suggestions provided by the Provider are not intended as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

d. Client accepts full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information or advice provided within the Program and understands that it does not replace professional advice from qualified practitioners.
